Калбак–Таш XIII (A-39)
Description
It is a horizontal inscription situated on one of a stones on the top of the same rock, on its vertical plane with the inscriptions I, III–XII. The length ofthe text is 17 cm, There are 9 signs, their height is 2,4–3,8 cm.
The inscription was discovered by V. D. Kubarev in 1987; it was first published by . D. Kubarev and E.P. Matočkin in 1992 году (Kubarev & Matočkin 1992: picture 30,1). The text is written as a horizontal line; its end is bent as a bow upwards. The signs are made with thin lines; they are rather big.

Comments
1. Yägän is very wide spread name in Old Turkic texts including Yenisei ones.
2. El is also often met as a proper name, o ras a component of composite names: El Bilgä was the name of the mother of Kül Tegin; see also DTS.
